Seriously, it’s good and so thought-provoking. I’ll give more details later when it has a chance to settle a little bit, but I’ll definitely be making some changes in my diet and it’s a movie I really think everyone should see.

Onto dinner! I have a seven-mile run in the morning ( :-o ) so what better prerun fuel than a nice veggie pizza?

On a whole wheat crust, this is tomato paste, sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped green pepper, black beans, broccoli, basil, and olives. I think that’s it?

My mom bought them for me as a celebration for finishing my cookbook and pushing over the $2000 mark with my fundraising. :)
